Do you have extra wine from holiday dinners?

WHAT TO DO WITH THAT LITTLE BIT OF WINE?

Sadly people throw away opened bottles of wine. Usually because it's a small amount left or,

plain and simple, you just don't know what to do with it.

Try adding a little red wine to your favorite tomato sauce for a richer taste or use white wine as the liquid to braise your chicken.

FREEZE FOR LATER USE

You can even pour the wine into ice cube trays and freeze for later use. This makes it quicker to defrost and nice when you only need a small amount to deglaze a pan or use in a sauce.
