Keto Pancakes: Low Carb Delicious!


Yield: 3 large pancakes or 1 waffle


5 tablespoons flax seeds ground

2 tablespoons water

1 large egg

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon stevia

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup berries of choice

1. Mix together all ingredients.

2. Coat bottom of frying pan with oil spray and vegetable oil.

3. Pour batter for 3 pancakes into pan over a low medium flame.  Cook until golden on both sides (2-3 minutes).

4. Enjoy plain, sprinkle stevia and sugar, a touch of confectioners sugar or a touch of preserves (we use sugar free).
