Three Chips and Dip for Holiday Entertainment

Asian Peanut Dip with raw carrot “chips”

1/4 c peanut butter

1-2 tablespoon soy sauce

1-2 tablespoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons water or to dip consistency


Creamy Pepper Jelly Dip with sweet potato or jicama chips

8 ounces softened cream cheese

¼ cup Pepper Jelly or to taste


Roasted Pepper Humus Dip with toasted pita “chips”

8 ounces favorite humus

2 pieces of jarred roasted red peppers

Finely chop pepper and mix in for a chunky taste or add to a food processer and blend until smooth.
