Spice Rub:

 

1 teaspoon dried thyme             

1 teaspoon dried rosemary        

1½ teaspoon granulated garlic    

1½ teaspoon granulated onion   

1 teaspoon ground coriander

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon ground red pepper

1 teaspoon black pepper

1. In a spice grinder or small food processor, 

grind the thyme and rosemary.  Add the rest 

of the ingredients and mix together. 

2. Store in a closed jar. You can multiply this recipe as

needed and increase or diminish the pepper according to taste.

 

                       Expand the Table

                       Keep it allium free: Omit garlic and onion. Add 1 teaspoon                         dried basil.

Spices Galore:  Other options are 1 teaspoon each turmeric, cumin, basil an chili powder.
