Try a new twist on Chanukah latkes.  While potatoes are the main ingredient, we have an updated version using additional root vegetables which add flavor, texture and lessen carbs! 

A crunchy and delightful way to celebrate without so many carbs!  Cauliflower again comes to the rescue with taste, visual appeal and a healthier way to enjoy the holiday.
