We are all trying to eat lighter and healthier in the New Year. Try our Soy Glazed Tofu and Bok Choy Stir Fry.  This stir-fry is delicious over brown rice or rice noodles.


Make an extra portion and have a great box lunch the next day for work or school.


Quick and easy to make on a weeknight, the meal is also fabulous for a weekend.  Add more vegetables if you like, such as carrots, zucchini, broccoli, bell peppers or baby eggplants.  Fresh vegetables are fabulous real food!
