Soy Glazed Tofu and

Bok Choy Stir Fry

Susan's Foodie Lit Review of

Anthony Capella's

The Wedding Officer

We are all trying to eat lighter and healthier in the New Year. Try our Soy Glazed Tofu and Bok Choy Stir Fry.  This stir-fry is delicious over brown rice or rice noodles.

Make an extra portion and have a great box lunch the next day for work or school.

Quick and easy to make on a weeknight, the meal is also fabulous for a weekend.  Add more vegetables if you like, such as carrots, zucchini, broccoli, bell peppers or baby eggplants.  Fresh vegetables are fabulous real food!

As a famous restaurant owner told us, he doesn't want to create dishes from food that can last for years. He wants fresh, which translates into meals filled with taste, health and sensational presentation.

And that's exactly what this recipe brings.
