Velvety Carrot Soup

What’s better on a cold winter night than a rich and velvety Carrot Soup? A beautiful color with a natural sweet taste makes this soup a favorite in our house.

Whether a vegan or chicken stock, the soup is filling and hearty.


This is an easy and adaptable recipe that allows you to add other veggies, including leftover vegetables that you may have in your refrigerator.


Double the recipe and freeze half for a future lunch or dinner.
