Ok—now’s the time to change to some healthy alternatives to chips that are easy to make and fabulous to eat, even if you never turn on a football game! Try these "chips": apple, zucchini, sweet potato, parsnip, eggplant, butternut squash or uncooked cucumbers!

 

So munch away, whether you dip into humus, guacamole, salsa or bean dip. Make your own or buy ready to go.
