Mouth Watering Roast Chicken

Lemon slices, white wine, thyme and tarragon are our secret ingredients that change chicken into a mouth-watering repas! Try our three easy tips to maximize the taste and have those around the table asking for seconds! 


Slice 1 lemon into thin slices. Place slices under the chicken, inside the cavity and under the skin.


White Wine

Add 1/2 bottle of dry white wine to the pan. Baste during cooking.



Use fresh sprigs of thyme and tarragon and put into cavity and on bottom of pan. Drizzle olive oil over chicken. Rub dried thyme and tarragon into skin of chicken.
