Strawberry-Asparagus Salad with Basil and Balsamic Dressing

Spring is here and fresh produce has appeared!  If you’re like us, you've probably been stocking up on strawberries and other wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables now ripening.  It's usually easy to tell what's in season because the price drops and the food looks and smells amazing.

Most importantly the produce will taste its best!! This is why we like to eat it at its simplest, so you can really taste the flavor! Here's an easy salad or side dish using strawberries, asparagus and basil--all fresh from the garden .
