Pumpkin Pie Spice Latte

Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix

Yields 1/2 cup
 

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground cloves
2 teaspoons ground allspice


1. Mix everything together and store in a small glass jar, empty spice container or Tupperware

2. The pumpkin pie spice mix is to be added to regular ground coffee for the coffee maker. Add a teaspoon of mix to every 3 tablespoons of ground coffee. Makes a delicious pumpkin flavored coffee!
 

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

Yields about 4 cups
 

3 tablespoons pumpkin purée
1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups half and half


Mix all ingredients together and store in the refrigerator. Use as needed to sweetened your brewed coffee.

Make It Dairy Free  

 

It's very easy to make this latte dairy free.

1. Use a sugar or a sugar substitute in place of the condensed milk. Add to desired sweetness.

2. Then use a dairy free coffee creamer in place of the half and half. Milk could be used but it won't be as thick and creamer as an actual creamer.Soy or almond creamer can be substituted for the sweet condensed milk for dairy free.
