Tortilla bowls, tacos, fajitas, burritos, French bread or lettuce cups

Assembly

Place tortilla, taco or bread of choice on a plate and add a few of the choices above. Top with your favorite topping.

 

Expandthetable suggestions

Burritos: Add your choices to a burrito. Fold in sides and roll tightly.

Fajitas, Fajita Cups or Pita: Fill the cups with your choices.

Italian/French Bread: Instead of a taco, pile your choices on a long slice of Italian bread slightly hollowed out. Cut into 4-5” pieces for ease of eating.

Lettuce cups: Save the carbs and use an entire lettuce leaf instead of the bread.

Bell Peppers: Cut off tops. Remove seeds and fibrous parts. Fill with desired ingredients, except lettuce. Place in 400F oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and add toppings.
