Meet Susan Weintrob, expandthetable blogger and Foodie Lit reviewer

Susan grew up around food and its prep. Her father owned a deli and catering business, which taught her the key components of the industry. “Writing food blogs is an amazing opportunity.  Cooking and talking about food are simply fun and take me back to memories of my Dad.”

Susan writes full time now that she is retired from education. “I've always loved to write and that led me to teaching literature and composition for many years in high school and college, as well as writing a newspaper column for over a decade.” She later became an independent school administrator. From New Jersey, Susan and her husband Neil, a concert violinist, have lived on both coasts, in the heartland, in Paris, France and now Charleston.  Their son Ted, is a research chemist and their daughter, Liz, a content strategist. Susan is a regular contributor to online journals and newspapers, book reviewer and contributer to indiebrag, and its website bragmedallion.com an online independent authors global organization with whom she has published a cookbook inspired by her Foodie Lit columns, available August 22, 2020 on Amazon.
